A defect or failure during the warranty period? We are there for you and will ensure a quick resolution.
Procedure and application
- Before a warranty claim can be examined, it must be approved by the technical department of our importer in the Netherlands. Your claim will only be processed once you have received a warranty claim number.
- Important: Please quote this number in all correspondence.
- Please note the following to ensure smooth processing:
- Return the defective and replaced parts to the AICHI Sales Office in the Netherlands or to the responsible service partner
- Documentation with meaningful photos to illustrate the defect
- Recording of all working and travelling times including departure and arrival locations
- Commissioning of external service providers only after prior authorisation by the AICHI Sales Office in the Netherlands

Important
- A submitted warranty claim must be assessed by the technical department of Aichi Corp. in Japan.
- Therefore, a warranty number is not a guarantee that your warranty claim will be honoured.
