A defect or failure during the warranty period? We are there for you and will ensure a quick resolution.

Procedure and application

  • Before a warranty claim can be examined, it must be approved by the technical department of our importer in the Netherlands. Your claim will only be processed once you have received a warranty claim number.
  • Important: Please quote this number in all correspondence.
  • Please note the following to ensure smooth processing:
  • Return the defective and replaced parts to the AICHI Sales Office in the Netherlands or to the responsible service partner
  • Documentation with meaningful photos to illustrate the defect
  • Recording of all working and travelling times including departure and arrival locations
  • Commissioning of external service providers only after prior authorisation by the AICHI Sales Office in the Netherlands

Important

  • A submitted warranty claim must be assessed by the technical department of Aichi Corp. in Japan.
  • Therefore, a warranty number is not a guarantee that your warranty claim will be honoured.
